Stress leads to depression and anxiety, and both of these leads to sleepless nights. All these things affect our health and also our mind. It is found that once you wake up at night it is becomes very difficult for you to fall asleep again. This is because of your tiredness, restlessness, stress and depression. Sleeplessness also leads to sleeping disorder, insomnia. It may also be a result of poor sleeping habits.
  • Try to avoid the activities that make you tired before you go to sleep.
  • Do not take much of sugar food at night. Avoid chocolates, caffeinated drinks and desserts before you go to sleep.
  • If you are studying or working at night then first relax your brain and only then go to bed. Do not take those thoughts with you on to your bed.

  • Also set your air-conditioner in such a way that you do not feel hot or too cool at night. If you do not set it properly it might disturb your sleep and again you will have to wake up at night to again adjust the temperature.
  • You should try to avoid all the tensions and worry when you go to sleep. Do not think about the things that bother you during night. You can also listen to mild music to help yourself get a sound sleep.
  • Try to keep yourself healthy and also always eat healthy so that you get a sound sleep.
Do not avoid if you are unable to sleep at night. Tell your doctor about it because this can lead to sleeping disorder or even depression.
